The Challenge
VELOUR was a sustainable fashion brand selling exclusively through Instagram DMs — manually processing payments and managing orders via spreadsheets. The owner needed a professional online store that could handle a product catalog of 200+ items, automate order processing, and rank on Google for fashion-related keywords.
The Solution
We built a full WooCommerce store with custom product filtering by size, color, and collection. Stripe and Afterpay were integrated for US payment flexibility. Abandoned cart emails recover lost sales automatically. Every product page was optimized with unique descriptions, structured data, and targeted keywords. The store achieved a 3.8% conversion rate within 60 days — above the 2.5% US fashion ecommerce average.

Discovery
We began by understanding the business goals, target audience, competitor landscape, and key conversion actions the website needed to drive.
Design

Development
The site was built on WordPress with the Blocksy theme and Gutenberg editor — giving the client full control over content after handover. All plugins were configured and tested before launch.
Launch
After final testing across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, the site was deployed. Full handover and training was provided so the client could manage the site independently.
